2. Website and hosting

The host is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes technical visit data: requested pages, referrer, browser, operating system, device, time and an anonymised IP address. IONOS states a retention period of eight weeks; anonymised WebAnalytics statistics may be included. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. 3. Enquiries and contact

For enquiries through the form, guided enquiry, email or telephone, we process your name, contact details, property and service details, message and any uploaded files. We use them to answer you and prepare a quotation. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to pre-contractual and contractual enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) applies to other correspondence (our legitimate interest in responding). Required fields are needed to respond; a telephone number and uploads are optional. The enquiry guide uses fixed questions and makes no automated decisions or profiles.

Form data is emailed to our business mailbox and processed through hosting and email providers. Uploads are sent as email attachments and are not published on the website. Send only necessary files and avoid unnecessary personal information about others. Job applications are processed to decide on an employment relationship under Section 26(1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act.

4. Retention and recipients

We retain enquiries, attachments and correspondence for as long as required to handle the enquiry or a resulting contract. Afterwards they are deleted unless statutory retention duties or the necessary establishment, exercise or defence of claims require retention, under Article 6(1)(c) or (f) GDPR. Other recipients are involved only where necessary for the service or legal duties.

5. Protection against form abuse

The form server uses a pseudonymised IP value to limit repeated requests. It contains no contact details or messages. Requests are counted within a 15-minute window; expired check files are cleaned up on a subsequent form request. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (preventing spam and overload). This mechanism does not store the IP address in plain text.

6. Google Maps, WhatsApp and external links

Google Maps loads only when you click its button. This gives consent to the connection to Google under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for access to your device, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Your IP address and technical browser data may be transferred to Google, including to third countries. Reloading the page withdraws consent for further map loads; earlier processing is unaffected. WhatsApp and social networks are linked only. Opening a link leaves our website; the provider processes data under its own terms and may transfer it to third countries. WhatsApp privacy policy. 7. Your rights

Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, particularly to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
